What is Knowlith?
Knowlith is an all-in-one customer support and engagement platform for SaaS products. It combines feedback management, feature voting, a public roadmap, a changelog, a knowledge base, and customer management into a single tool — all embeddable inside your app via a lightweight widget.
How is Knowlith different from Canny, UserVoice or Productboard?
Most tools solve one piece of the puzzle. Knowlith covers feedback, voting, roadmap, changelog, knowledge base, and customer management in one affordable subscription — with a single embeddable widget so your users never leave your product to access any of it.
Is the feedback board public or private?
Both. You can have a fully public board, a board requiring login, or a private board only visible to customers you invite. Per-board visibility settings give you granular control.
Do I need developer skills to install the widget?
No. A single <script> tag is all you need. Paste it before the </body> tag of your app — works with any framework. Advanced identity passing (to pre-fill user details) requires a few extra lines of JavaScript.
Can I import existing customers and feedback?
Yes. Knowlith supports CSV import for customers and feedback posts, as well as a REST API for programmatic data migration from tools like Canny, Intercom, or Zendesk.
What languages does the knowledge base support?
Knowlith ships with full RTL support and multi-language article management out of the box. You can create separate article sets per locale and Knowlith will serve the right version based on the user's browser language.
